Now that I’ve unpacked my down vest and worn a knit hat I’m starting to admit that summer is indeed over. Of course I’m still wearing my flip flops whenever I can – no need to get crazy. The sun is still shining on occasion and this week’s forecast is promising a whole lot of loveliness.

So while I’m enjoying the fading glow of summer-like weather I thought I’d take a walk down memory lane and take a look back at the season’s diptychs. A month a day – beginning tomorrow with June.
