wonderful people beautiful places

When our team is on the road we trade lunch dates and happy hours for long dinners in lodges and hikes through canyons. Pretty good trade if you ask me. At the end of the day what I know is that I’m incredibly grateful to work with such wonderful people in such beautiful places.

reading the leaves

Our summer bit the big one, but fall has been absolutely lovely. This season’s whole story can be told through its leaves. Crisp, colorful and abundant. Though buried briefly under an early snowfall they emerged just as vibrant as ever. I think they realize their time is limited so they’re showing their stuff before winter wipes them away.

happy thanksgiving

I’ve had some pretty amazing Thanksgiving celebrations over the years (Portland, Dant, Roundhill, Cambridge, Oregon wine country, Seaside, Mexico) and 2010 is setting up to be another wonderful event. Ted and Tara are hosting a late afternoon dinner for family and friends at their home in Laurelhurst and the Oregon Ducks are playing tomorrow. Delicious food, exciting football, and vacation days – what’s not to love! In honor of years past here’s a look back at some wonderful holiday memories and the friends I’ve been honored to share this holiday with. Happy Thanksgiving!
